The Social Security Minister is empowered to issue or approve Codes of Practice.

This statement is to explain to employers and employees the Rehabilitation of Offenders Law and Regulations.

There is much that employers can do to ensure that their policies and procedures conform to good employment practice.

The Codes of Practice that support the law were published on 21st December 2007.
